INGREDIENTS

  • EL YUCATECO JALAPEÑO HOT SAUCE (TO TASTE)
  • 1 OUNCE OF RUM FLOR DE CAÑA BLANCO
  • 1 TABLESPOON OF LEMON JUICE
  • 2 OUNCES OF PINEAPPLE JUICE
  • 1 TABLESPOON OF NATURAL SYRUP
  • 2 TEASPOONS OF SLICED JALAPEÑO
  • 10 OUNCES OF SLICED PINEAPPLE
  • SALT
  • ICE

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1. FROST THE GLASS BY MOISTENING THE TOP WITH EL YUCATECO JALAPEÑO HOT SAUCE AND SALT.
  • 2. POUR THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS (EXCEPT FOR THE PINEAPPLE SLICES) INTO A COCKTAIL SHAKER,
  • 3. THEN, POUR THE MIX INTO THE FROSTED GLASS AND DECORATE WITH PINEAPPLE SLICES.
