SHRIMP SALAD

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ½ lb shrimp, peeled, boiled and headless
  • 2 cucumbers chopped with peel and without seeds
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • ¼ cup chopped coriander
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon El Yucateco Red Habanero Hot Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 seedless tomatoes, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1. Mix all the ingredients stirring gently.
  • 2. Serve on lettuce leaves, with tostadas, bread or crackers.
