Red Hot Mexican Pineapple

INGREDIENTS

  • EL YUCATECO GREEN HOT SAUCE (TO TASTE)
  • 4 OUNCES OF CACTUS AND PINEAPPLE NECTAR
  • 1 OUNCES OF JIMADOR BLANCO TEQUILA
  • 1 TABLESPOON OF LEMON JUICE
  • 1 TABLESPOON OF NATURAL SYRUP
  • 1 PINEAPPLE
  • ICE

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1. CUT THE PINEAPPLE LEAVES AND CARVE ALL OF THE PULP INSIDE OF IT UNTIL IT REMAINS EMPTY.
  • 2. POUR INTO A COCKTAIL SHAKER ALL OF THE INGREDIENTS (EXCEPT FOR THE PINEAPPLE), AND MIX IT UP VERY WELL
  • 3. THEN, POUR THE MIX INTO THE PINEAPPLE.
